Jonathan has practiced corporate and commercial law at both national and global law firms where he focused on finance, public and regulatory law, corporate governance and cross-border transactions, as well as on matters pertaining to charities and not-for-profit organizations. He holds Degrees in Political Science and Economics, Civil Law (B.C.L.) and Common Law (LL.B.), from McGill University and a Master’s Degree (M.A.) in International Relations from Uppsala University.
Tyler holds a Hon. B.A Psychology from Bishop’s University where he focused on belief perseverance and science communication and a MISt, Masters degree from McGill University in data science and machine learning. He brings to Lex AI a unique balance of theoretical depth and practical experience in applying artificial intelligence for the benefit of individuals and society. Tyler's graduate studies are ongoing as he pursues a degree in Computer Science.

Tim brings extensive experience in systems and software engineering, industrial research and product management, collaborative innovation program planning, facilitation and performance management and participates in a variety of systems thinking, open-source/open-innovation communities, gobally. Tim is a licensed Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario and holds a degree in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto.
President and CEO of the Council of the Great Lakes Region since 2014, Mark served previously as foreign policy advisor in the Foreign and Defence Policy Secretariat of the Privy Council Office focused on advancing Canada’s relationship with the United States, Mexico, and the Asia-Pacific region. He brings extensive knowledge of public policy making processes, board governance, stakeholder engagement and issues management and has advised senior decision-makers including the Prime Minister of Canada, provincial premiers and ministers, parliamentarians, and C-level executives from the private and non-profit sectors.
